A more mature Jamie is often bespectacled, while his long red locks are now slightly grey. Over the last couple of seasons, the show’s producers have tried to age Jamie Fraser a little. We haven’t had a chance to sample it yet, but we hear it hits the spot. He rides horses, shoots rifles, uses a cutthroat, chops wood, fights wars and throws punches like a pro.īecause being a matinee idol on a hit show is not apparently enough, Heughan also recently released his own brand of whiskey called “Sassenach,” after years developing it to perfection. On “Outlander,” Sam has shown how adept he is as a physical actor. It is in this moment that the audience witnesses Jamie looking out for a younger relative and then suddenly released from that vow, which Heughan portrays perfectly. When Jamie agrees to send his nephew Young Ian with the Mohawk tribe last season, he turns away from the crowd and we see the devastating heartbreak on Sam’s face. Be it in a tux, suit, breeches or a kilt, he manages to look dapper in whatever he’s dressed in. Have you seen Sam on the red carpet lately? Let’s just say he scrubs up well. They were mostly 20 or younger and spent a lot of time on their phones. There were 16 other people in my screening. Of the cast Vin Diesel is a bit bland and Guy Pierce is hamming it up but Eliza González was joy as KT It features two things I hate in movies, people eating noisily (when they'd never really eat at that moment) and when you see the back of someone's head (Vin Diesel for example) whilst he is talking, but what you can see of the side of his face, clearly does not match what he is saying. It's full of cliche's, it's action is routine and the effects whilst not bad, are not mind blowing either, there isn't much humour, but I have to say it is hard to hate a film that includes a dick joke which takes 20 minutes to pay off.

It's pretty tame violence and blood wise, it's pretty much all in the trailers which is disappointing. It is a very silly film that is seemingly aware (At least I hope it is) of how silly it is.

I just got out of Bloodshot I didn't like it, but I wouldn't say I hated it.
